Nakia grew up in a small town 3 hours north of Los Angeles & always knew she belonged in the big city to fulfill her dreams. She went to school for Fashion Merchandising & worked as a freelance stylist for a while before jumping in full force to entrepreneurship.
Nakia has always been entrepreneurial minded & has a huge heart for helping people. She worked as a credit repair specialist before getting into Real Estate. Many clients were repairing their credit to buy a home, the trust was already established so she decided to become a one stop shop & continue to serve her clients.
Nakia has been working as a Realtor for 4 years & understands the ins & outs of buying/selling/investing in real estate. She goes to bat for her clients and gets creative in low inventory situations by going the extra mile to find inventory for her clientele. She prides herself on having great communication, consistency, being efficient, educating her clientele & remaining present throughout every transaction. Whether you are buying/selling your first or 10th home she is well versed & can successfully assist with your real estate goals.
She is co-head of The Reneau Group, working alongside her sister, Natasha. They have partnered with us at The Smith Associates at Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills. They both specialize in Sports & Entertainment and have worked with a list of clients within this realm.
Nakia is passionate about helping others create generational wealth & building a legacy for her family! Her goal is to own a massive real estate portfolio, create a successful real estate business to be passed down to her family & create/develop more affordable housing in Los Angeles.
